Terms of Service
The rules for using the Riseklix website, submitting inquiries, subscribing to Rise Weekly, and working with Riseklix Media under a written service agreement.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Riseklix Media website, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, service inquiry flows, and any publicly available materials on riseklix.com. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to Rise Weekly, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Riseklix Media
Riseklix Media builds revenue-focused content, social, podcast, ads, outreach, and AI visibility systems for brands, founders, creators, and business teams. Information on this website is provided to explain our services, positioning, work style, and ways to contact us.
3. Website use
You may browse the website, read materials, submit inquiries, and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attack the website, scrape it aggressively, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or interfere with normal site operation.
4. Service inquiries and client relationship
Submitting a form, booking a call, sending an email, or receiving an audit does not automatically create a client relationship. A project begins only when scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, timeline, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing by both sides.
5. Proposals, pricing, and availability
Any pricing, packages, timelines, or deliverables shown on the website are general examples unless a written proposal states otherwise. Riseklix may update website content, service descriptions, packages, pricing, availability, and offers at any time.
6. Client responsibilities
For active projects, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access to required platforms, brand assets, account permissions, and any legal or compliance requirements specific to their business, industry, or audience.
7. Payments, billing, and project start
Payment terms are governed by the proposal, invoice, or written agreement accepted for a specific project. Unless agreed otherwise, work may begin only after required deposits, retainers, or first payments are received. Late payments may delay delivery, pause work, or affect timelines.
8. Revisions and approvals
Revision rounds, approval windows, content schedules, and delivery timelines depend on the agreed project scope. Delayed feedback, missing assets, platform access issues, or major scope changes may shift timelines and require revised pricing or scheduling.
9. Intellectual property
The Riseklix website, brand assets, design language, copy, graphics, logos, frameworks, case study structure, and visual systems are owned by Riseklix Media or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or present them as your own without written consent.
For client work, ownership of final approved deliverables is handled by the relevant written agreement. Drafts, unused concepts, internal systems, templates, strategy frameworks, source files, and working materials remain Riseklix property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
10. Portfolio and case study use
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Riseklix may reference completed work, public-facing results, client names, screenshots, campaign examples, or non-confidential deliverables in portfolios, case studies, proposals, and marketing materials. Confidential information will be handled according to the applicable agreement.
11. AI tools, automation, and third-party platforms
Riseklix may use AI tools, analytics tools, automation systems, social platforms, ad platforms, newsletter platforms, scheduling tools, cloud software, and other third-party services to support strategy, content, research, reporting, and delivery. Third-party platforms may change features, pricing, policies, reach, approval rules, or access without notice.
12. Results and performance
Riseklix aims to improve clarity, content quality, reach, engagement, lead flow, and business outcomes. However, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer strength, budget, audience demand, platform algorithms, market timing, sales process, approvals, product quality, competitive activity, and client execution. We do not guarantee virality, revenue, follower growth, lead volume, ad approval, search ranking, or AI answer placement unless a signed agreement specifically says so.
13. Confidentiality
Both sides may receive confidential or business-sensitive information during a project or inquiry. Each side should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and avoid sharing it outside the purpose for which it was provided, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.
14. Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to Rise Weekly or another Riseklix communication, you agree to receive emails related to insights, marketing, services, events, offers, or agency updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
15. Third-party links and resources
The website may include links to third-party websites, social platforms, newsletter tools, AI division pages, booking pages, portfolio assets, or partner resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, performance, pricing, availability, or security.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riseklix Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service inquiries, platform changes, marketing performance, third-party tools, or delays outside our reasonable control.
17. Indemnity
You agree to protect Riseklix Media from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful content provided by you, or breach of any agreement connected to our services.
18. Termination or restriction of access
We may restrict or terminate access to the website, forms, newsletter, or services if we believe there is misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, unpaid invoices, platform abuse, or violation of these Terms or an applicable agreement.
19. Governing law
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes connected with these Terms or website use will be handled by the competent courts in Rajasthan, India, subject to applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, services, platforms, newsletter, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
