The Observatory is the index for Riseklix original research and public-source reviews. Each signal keeps the collection date, sample, method, limitation, and path back to the underlying study so a number can be checked before it gets repeated.
Current instruments
These are not blended into one authority score. A recorded AI-answer pilot, a qualitative buyer-evidence review, and a source-conflict review answer different questions.
Single-day, English-language India-focused pilot across ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity. The web edition reports normalized first choices and mentions; it is a snapshot, not a long-term probability estimate.
Selected documentation and trust pages across Zoho, Postman, Freshworks, Appsmith, BrowserStack and Chargebee. The review looks at what a buyer can verify before a call.
A deliberately small review of three India-specific AEO/GEO provider lists. Every sampled publisher included itself first; the useful finding is about reading the source conflict, not declaring a market winner.
Observatory rules
AI systems, product pages and public evidence change. A September observation should not be repeated as a timeless market fact.
A pilot panel, selected public pages and publisher roundups are different populations. We do not merge them into a universal “AI visibility” percentage.
Limited retrieval or missing evidence triggers further inspection; it does not automatically become a failing score or an accusation.
Riseklix sells Commercial Discovery and related services. That interest belongs next to the interpretation, not hidden behind it.
Next instrument
The long-term Observatory should rerun a frozen subset of buyer decisions on a declared cadence, preserving question wording, surfaces, timestamps, provider failures, recommendation state, cited sources, and market changes. Until repeated collections exist, we will label the current studies as snapshots rather than pretend they are trends.
Keep a declared set of buyer decisions stable enough to compare across collection windows.
Provider failures and unusable captures remain visible and outside brand-absence denominators.
Report whether recommendation and source movement persists rather than celebrating one changed answer.
When the panel, surface, classification rule or collection method changes, the Observatory should say so.
